Principal’s Message
Mrs. Pooja Maria
Best CBSE School Near Me, I believe my responsibility as not only a principal but also as an educator, is to be a stepping stone for the coming generation and to guide and nurture their young brilliant minds, so that they grow into empowered individuals who are not only educated, and knowledgeable but also empathetic and thoughtful.
The enthusiasm that the students bear within their hearts, with which they approach their life as growing students, is what inspires my efforts into making each one a success. The inspiration that I draw from my students is what reflects and is propagated to the staff and the children. My years of experience as a teacher and administrator, and the different tools of pedagogy derived through that experience, lie at the complete disposal of my students and faculty, for them to achieve their educational goals and results. I believe, that it is in a way my responsibility to work together with all to promote quality education to the students and enhance their well-being.
I am an avid supporter of effective and innovative professional development that encourages teachers and principals to be reflective and to continuously examine their practices and evolve them to continue to provide quality teaching and learning for each student. My role as Principal is to not only keep up with the latest trends, research practices, and methods being devised in the field of pedagogy but to also be an active partner in the school’s professional overall development. The ability to be innovative and creative is important to me as a factor for personality growth and I aim to enthuse the staff and students to also be inventive and imaginative in their learning and day-to-day tasks.
I believe that having quality, inspirational, and passionate teachers is as essential to a school’s success, as the ethos and ambiance that surrounds the school building. An effective teacher and an inquisitive young mind are only prodded with a sound learning environment. To borrow Albert Einstein’s words, “I never teach my pupils, I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn.” I enjoy celebrating successes, both big and small, and acknowledge the hard work of the staff, students, and community and believe this is one of the key contributors to sound learning and a happy school environment. It is of key importance that all members of the staff, students, and community feel valued, respected, and appreciated at school while continuing to grow in their skill sets along the way.
Through years of constant involvement in school social service societies and awareness communities, I know first-hand the importance of bringing the students in touch with their empathetic selves which requires equal attention to give back to society and community. Working together and teamwork are considered equally important by me, and I encourage our faculties to be in frequent consultation with me to hold critical reviews of the institutions and their educational practices.
Last but not least, I started as an enthusiastic and inquisitive learner, and even today, am enthusiastic to look forward to learning some things from the faculties and students while teaching some things in return.
